Consider this. In all our imperfections, “Man’s capacity for justice makes democracy possible, but man’s inclination to injustice makes democracy necessary.” (Reinhold Niebuhr). Support those who would protect and improve democracy by championing the lives of our working people: Sam Edney, Norm Bossert and Phillip Price.

North Carolina’s gerrymandered map is unconstitutional, judges rule, and may have to be redrawn before midterms

A panel of three federal judges held Monday that North Carolina’s congressional districts were unconstitutionally gerrymandered to favor Republicans over Democrats and said it may require new districts before the November elections, possibly affecting control of the House.

Find a candidate and donate your time and your money. Phone back, donate, fundraise, register voters, knock on doors, put out those yard signs. Take it all back and then let’s fix this broken system, starting with throwing the Electoral College in the trash where it belongs.
