Call to Action – Protect Our Voting Rights

Republicans in Raleigh have inserted party politics into our judicial system by making elections partisan. Now they present new district maps which are intended to give the GOP power over the courts. These new maps intentionally reduce the number of African American judges in North Carolina and are more of the same extreme partisan gerrymandering that continues to get thrown out in court. Why do Republicans in North Carolina fear fairly drawn maps? They know they will lose their power as the people of North Carolina are tired of their un-American agenda.

National School Walkout – Brevard College March 14 at 10 am at the Bell Tower

Brevard College SGA is calling for students, teachers, school administrators, parents and allies to take part in a#NationalSchoolWalkout for 17 minutes at 10am across every time zone on March 14, 2018 to protest Congress’ inaction to do more than tweet thoughts and prayers in response to the gun violence plaguing our schools and neighborhoods. We need action.
